Embrace Beautiful Chaos with Kerry Fellowes

Lindy's Stamp Gang

Hello!  Its Kerry here with you today and I have a journal page to share.  We will be using some fabulous sprays today, but we will be using them as watercolor paint.  So lets get started!

Last month I shared with you my Spray and Baby Wipe technique so I wanted to apply that to a finished project to show you how you can quickly make an awesome background in just a few seconds. To start, grab a clean baby wipe and randomly spray with Urban Amethyst, Caribbean Blue and Time Travel Teal onto the baby wipe.

Lay the baby wipe over your page and then pop your stamp face down on top of the baby wipe and press down firmly…. VOILA awesome background complete!!

Next, I have added some cool circles with a stamp and some black archival ink (this ink is permanent and won’t react with the…

The Art & Craft Therapy Room

Featured

Logo+Background+website address

Hey guys,

It’s been a while but here I am to share with you the latest news.

My life had a huge turn, my craft room is close for now. All my materials are packed and in a storage facility while I am travelling around Europe.

That doesn’t mean that I am not working with art because I am. I am the founder or The Art & Craft Therapy Room.

At the Art & Craft Therapy Room we have a blog, and if you would like to contribute please click here.

We also have a store that sells art materials. Yes, it has lots of room for improvement and we are working really hard on it. I am also working on two more projects alongside The Art & Craft Room so bear with me… We are also working on a way to create a charity to help people heal with art with part of the profits, but more on that project later on.

So, if you want to subscribe to our work, please click here. Oh! And don’t forget to like our Facebook page and share the love.

Thank you for your support.

In Love & Gratitude,
Denise

Reshuffling My Craft Corner

Who would say that the simple act of changing rooms with my daughter would turn my life upside down? When we moved in to this house I gave the master bedroom to my daughter, just because she was a teenager and I an idiot! But that was kind of okay… Now things changed. For that reason I needed more space, and a different environment… If you know what I mean… As my friend says, as we were cleaning the room we were ready to have “hybrid bugs”  jumping at us at any moment!… Luckily that didn’t happen. Whew!

Anyway, it was a lot of work and time-consuming. Washing the carpet had to be done in two goes, and by having things dragged from one place to another.

SAM_6632@

My mess spread all over the place. I swear, I don’t want to buy any more craft stuff… Until everything is in place again 😀

SAM_6633@ SAM_6636@ SAM_6637@

My clear stamps… Really?! Do I need all of this? Shh, shh don’t answer please, of course I do! It was a rhetorical question.

SAM_6638@

With this, I won the tall cupboard, that is already full of paper, but not yet ready for more pictures. Yeah, no more piling up paper!

SAM_6640@ SAM_6641@

At some point the general picture was quite scaring!

Slowly, things getting done.

Some paper organisation. Some… On the black drawers computer paper, and the other unit has “some” cardstock. Of course that is  not all the cardstock I have… I wish!

SAM_6655@ SAM_6657@

Between cleaning, tidying, and organising I still have to find the time to decorate my cheap storage options.

Not everything is ready yet, so when I manage to have everything sorted out I’ll make another post… I think. Or maybe not.
